“Rob was absolutely great to work with. My car died and needed to be towed, but I also had to get out of town. So he picked up my car without me even being there. He called me at each step of the way, including dropping it off at the dealership, leaving the keys, and filling out the key drop off envelope. Thank you Rob, I really appreciate your service!”
“Had a great experience renting an enclosed u-haul from Pendleton. They got the trailer prepped for rent quick after it just got returned, made sure all the paperwork was right and even found a couple places to save us a few dollars in the U-Haul system”
“Rented the smaller motorcycle trailer to move a motorized wheel chair. It was perfect for the job. Wish renters had more of these smaller trailers. This was my second rental from them. I’ll go there again.”
“Great service!! I needed a tow they showed up real quick, loaded my truck and dropped me off at the mechanic. I would highly recommend them if you need a tow truck great service great price!”

Based in West Jordan, first out across the Salt Lake Valley — and we run long-distance tows statewide and across state lines.

Yes — dispatch answers around the clock, every day of the year, weekends and holidays included. Breakdowns don’t keep business hours, so neither do we.
Anywhere in Utah, and long-distance into Nevada, Wyoming and Idaho. Around the Salt Lake Valley is our home turf, but if it needs to cross a state line, we’ll haul it.
If your vehicle is all-wheel drive, lowered, a classic, or can’t roll on its own wheels, yes — a flatbed carries it fully off the ground so nothing drags or strains the drivetrain. Not sure? Tell dispatch what you drive and we’ll send the right truck.
Where the vehicle is, what it is (year, make, model and color help), what happened, and where it needs to go. If you’re on a highway, a mile marker or the nearest exit is the fastest way for us to find you.
Yes, U-Haul moving trucks and trailers are available at our West Jordan location. Call (385) 285-8398 to check what’s available for your dates.
1585 W 7800 S in West Jordan, UT 84088 — just off 7800 South, easy to reach from anywhere on the west side of the valley.
Broken down, won’t start, or just can’t be driven — one call and a Pendletons truck is headed your way, any hour of the day or night.
Tell dispatch where the vehicle is, what it is — year, make, model and color help — what happened, and where it needs to go. On a highway, a mile marker or the nearest exit is the fastest way for us to find you. Then stay somewhere safe and let us do the lifting.
Not sure whether you need a tow at all? If it’s a dead battery, a flat, or keys locked inside, we may be able to get you rolling again on the spot — see our roadside services below.
Your vehicle rides fully off the ground on the deck — nothing dragging, nothing turning, no wear on the drivetrain. It’s the safest way to move most modern vehicles.
The deck tilts and slides back to ground level, the vehicle is winched or driven up, then secured at all four wheels for the ride. At the other end it comes off the same way — no dragging, no dollies, no drama. Tell dispatch what you drive and we’ll send the flatbed straight out.
After a wreck, the last thing you need is another problem. We recover the vehicle, clear the scene, and tow it where it needs to go — your shop, your home, or our yard.
First, make sure everyone is safe and call 911 if anyone is hurt. Once the scene is yours again, call us directly or tell the responding officer you’d like Pendletons — you always have the right to choose your tow company. We’ll coordinate with the officers on scene and get the road cleared.
Click, click… nothing. Utah winters and hot summers are both hard on batteries. We’ll come to you and get you started — at home, at work, or in a parking lot at midnight.
Stay with the vehicle if it’s safe to do so, and have a rough idea of where you’re parked — the level and row in a parking garage saves real time. If the car cranks but won’t catch, or you smell fuel, tell dispatch: that’s a tow, not a jump.
Keys on the seat, doors locked, day going sideways. It happens to everyone — we get you back into your vehicle without damage, day or night.
Call 911 first — that’s an emergency, and responders can get in fastest. For everything else, call us and stay near the vehicle so the driver can find you quickly.
Slid into a ditch, buried in a snowbank, or high-centered in the mud — spinning the tires only digs you deeper. We winch you out clean and check the vehicle over before you drive off.
Stay clear of the vehicle and off the roadway, and don’t keep spinning the tires — a buried vehicle is harder (and slower) to recover. Tell dispatch how the vehicle is sitting and what the ground is like, and we’ll bring the right gear the first time. If it turns out something broke in the slide-off, we can tow it in the same trip.
Not every breakdown needs a tow. If a spare tire, a couple of gallons of fuel, a jump, or a lockout tool fixes it, we’ll get you rolling again right where you sit.
Sometimes the spare is flat too, or the problem is bigger than a roadside fix. Because the truck that shows up is a tow truck, we can load you up and haul you to a tire shop or mechanic on the same call — no second wait, no second dispatch.
Moving, buying a vehicle out of state, or broke down far from home? We tow anywhere in Utah and across state lines into Nevada, Wyoming and Idaho.
Call with the pickup and drop-off locations and what the vehicle is, and we’ll quote the full haul up front — no per-mile surprises later. Long-distance tows are scheduled so the truck, the route and the timing are lined up before we roll.
Moving trucks and trailers, right here at our West Jordan lot — the same yard the tow trucks roll out of, at 1585 W 7800 S.
Renting a truck and towing your car behind it? Ask us about trailer hookup and loading before you leave the lot — and if the move goes sideways anywhere in Utah, our tow line answers 24/7 at (801) 523-8415.
West Jordan is home. Our shop and yard are right here at 1585 W 7800 S, and dispatch answers 24/7 — so when you need a truck in West Jordan, it’s already in the neighborhood.

Pendletons runs out of 1585 W 7800 S, and we cover the whole city from here — the Jordan Landing shopping area, Gardner Village, and the neighborhoods along the Jordan River and around Veterans Memorial Park.
A lot of our West Jordan calls come off the big roads: the Mountain View Corridor (SR-85) and Bangerter Highway on-ramps, Redwood Road, and the 7800 South and 9000 South corridors. We also run Old Bingham Highway out toward Copperton, for the homes and job sites on the city’s west edge.
And if you’re picking up or dropping off a vehicle, our yard is the place — tows come back here, and U-Haul trucks and trailers rent from this same lot. Shortest hops in the business: we’re already here.
From the I-15 exits to the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon, we cover all of Sandy. We’re based at 1585 W 7800 S in West Jordan — a straight shot east — and dispatch answers 24/7.

Sandy stretches from the I-15 exits at 9000 South and 10600 South clear east to the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon (SR-210), and we run the whole span. Everyday calls put us on the State Street and 9400 South corridors, at The Shops at South Town, and around America First Field on Real Salt Lake match days.
The east bench has its own kind of trouble: skiers and hikers stranded near the canyon mouth on their way to and from Alta and Snowbird, and vehicles stuck or broken down around Dimple Dell. A lot of those are all-wheel-drive vehicles that can’t be towed on two wheels — especially in canyon traffic — so we send the flatbed and carry them fully off the ground.
Getting here is simple: Sandy is a straight shot east on 7800, 9000 or 9400 South from our West Jordan shop, and those same roads take your vehicle wherever it needs to go — home, your mechanic, or our yard.
South Jordan is right next door to our West Jordan yard, and we cover the whole city — Daybreak included. We’re based at 1585 W 7800 S, and dispatch answers 24/7.

South Jordan keeps growing west, and we cover all of it: Daybreak and the neighborhoods around South Jordan Parkway, the 10400 South and 10600 South corridors, and Redwood Road from one end of the city to the other. The Bangerter Highway and Mountain View Corridor interchanges see plenty of breakdowns — and they’re some of the closest freeway calls to our yard.
Around town, we’re called to The District shopping center, out to events at the Salt Lake County Equestrian Center and fairgrounds, and to the lots at Mulligans Golf and Glenmoor. The Jordan River Parkway trailheads in the Riverwalk area keep us busy too — often a set of keys locked inside a car, with a day of plans waiting on it.
South Jordan borders our home turf in West Jordan, so the yard, the trucks and the U-Haul lot are all right next door. Tell dispatch where you’re sitting and we’ll take it from there.
Murray sits at the crossroads of the valley’s freeways, and we’re there day and night. We’re based at 1585 W 7800 S in West Jordan and reach Murray via I-215 — and dispatch answers 24/7.

With the I-15/I-215 interchange in the middle of it, Murray sees more than its share of freeway trouble — accident recovery and breakdowns on the ramps and shoulders are a big share of our calls here. We reach the city via I-215 from West Jordan, clear the scene, and tow the vehicle to your shop, your home, or our yard.
Off the freeway, we cover State Street through the heart of the city, the Fashion Place Mall area, and the 4500 South and 5300 South corridors. We’re also called to Intermountain Medical Center when visitors and staff find themselves stranded at the hospital, and out to Murray Park, the Murray Central TRAX station, and Wheeler Historic Farm.
Downtown, Sugar House, the university, the airport area — we tow across all of Salt Lake City. We’re based at 1585 W 7800 S in West Jordan, and dispatch answers 24/7.

Salt Lake City calls come from everywhere: breakdowns at the I-15/I-80 interchange, visitors around Temple Square and City Creek, event nights at the Delta Center, and crowds at The Gateway and the Utah State Fairpark. We also cover the 400 South and 700 East corridors and the I-215 belt route that rings the city.
On the east side, we run up to the University of Utah and Research Park and through Sugar House along 2100 South. To the west, we cover SR-201 and help drivers stranded in the airport area — along I-80 and North Temple / Redwood Road — when the trip home starts with a car that won’t start.
And because the capital is a hub, long-distance tows to and from Salt Lake City are routine for us: bringing a broken-down vehicle home from a trip, or hauling one out to anywhere in Utah and beyond.
